Concept AgriTek Welcomes Kade Haas as Vice President of Sales

Concept AgriTek is excited to announce that Kade Haas has joined the team as Vice President of Sales. Bringing years of leadership experience and a deep passion for biologicals, Kade is poised to strengthen Concept AgriTek’s commitment to growers and innovative crop solutions.

Kade grew up on a farm in north Alabama and earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Auburn University, specializing in agronomy and soils with an emphasis in weed science in cotton. He began his career as a retail agronomist with a large regional co-op, eventually shifting his focus to biologicals, an area of agriculture involving living microorganisms and other natural compounds that enhance nutrient uptake, stress mitigation, and crop performance.

“I’ve always been fascinated by biologicals because they’re not just products. They’re living organisms working in partnership with the crop,” Kade said. “Seeing how they interact with plants and soil to unlock real growth potential is what makes this work exciting to me, and I can’t wait to bring that passion to the growers we serve.”

Throughout his career, Kade has worked extensively in sales, technical service, and international business, gaining invaluable experience across diverse markets and cultures. This global perspective has fueled his understanding of product development and the nuanced ways biologicals can support growers in different environments.

In his new role, Kade will lead Concept AgriTek’s sales strategy, ensuring that the company’s products, from residue breakdown solutions in the fall to fertility and biologicals at planting, deliver tangible results throughout the growing season. His vision emphasizes long-term planning, product innovation, and empowering the sales team to provide growers with the tools they need to maximize yield and profitability.

“I’ve always believed that you need to work closely with your team and your customers,” added Kade. “My goal is to make sure everyone we work with has the tools to do their job to the best of their ability while providing growers with products and solutions that genuinely improve their farms.”

Outside of work, Kade enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and is an avid hunter. When he’s not helping growers, you can find him cheering on his daughters at a softball or volleyball game, enjoying some lake time, or duck hunting at his farm in Arkansas.
