Jon Cryer Appointed Chief Financial Officer
We’re proud to announce that Jon Cryer has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Concept AgriTek, following his successful tenure as interim CFO. In his new role, Jon will oversee the company’s global financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and strategic financial initiatives. Reflecting on his time with the company, Jon shared, “Since stepping in as Interim CFO three months ago, I have been continually impressed by the incredible people at Concept AgriTek. Their customer focus is unmatched and the products they produce are exceptional. I’m thrilled to join the team and very much look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.”
Jon brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience to the role. His proven track record of driving financial strategy and operational excellence will be instrumental as Concept AgriTek continues to scale and deliver value to our customers. His leadership will be key as we move into our next phase of growth and innovation.

Steve Acker Appointed Chief Business Officer
We’re also pleased to announce that Steve Acker has transitioned into the role of Chief Business Officer. After serving as our CFO, Steve steps into a key cross-functional leadership position where he will lead financial strategy, oversee customer risk mitigation functions, and play an integral role in shaping the company’s broader financial and operational direction.
Steve states, “I’m excited to step into this new role where I can focus on risk management, capital markets, and financial strategies—all with the ultimate goal of helping our customers thrive. It’s a privilege to align financial strength with real-world impact.”
With his deep experience and unique ability to connect teams across departments, Steve is perfectly positioned to help us support our dealer network, manage risk, and execute our growth strategy more effectively.
